There is a difference between marketing a business and a consumer marketing, believe it or not. While it still sells a product of a person's experience, it shows that the difference between these two types of markets is low.

If you are a B2B site will recognize these companies are working hard to simplify the purchasing process to save time and money. This explains why often a B2B buying more on logic and reason for a consumer to buy more based on emotions.

It is true that the cost of a sale for the market business-to-business is more expensive and usually higher than the companies in the consumer market. The best way to explain this is that the business-to-business are often disregarded.

Let me see if I can explain further.

B2B Marketing
If you have to focus on the logic of the product, a B2B marketing.

To do this, it focuses on the product's characteristics. There is little or no personal emotion involved in the purchase decision. You want to focus on understanding the customer's organization and process is operated within your organization. The B2B market has a thirst for knowledge and information seekers. More in depth with your marketing materials. Your most effective marketing message focuses on how your product or service saves time, money and resources.

Its business-to-business market is more interested in the logic of the product. You want to know more about the functions and saving as it helps this time, money and resources.

B2C Marketing
If you are a consumer marketing, which will focus on product benefits. His decision is emotional. Consumers are different, requiring a variety of distribution channels for convenience, not for the B2B market. Consumers are less likely to be interested in a marketing message over time.

You want the same to get to the point. Consumers want to understand not work its benefits, but you will want to clear the advantages towards them. Your most effective marketing strategies will be put to the results and benefits of your product or service available.

Your Business to Consumer market buy more on emotions. They are more interested in the benefits of the product. You want to know more about how you can help your product or service to them, and the benefits to them personally.

For example, consider this: My product is a lotion.

My Lotion to moisturize and relieve itching.

If I have a B2B customers more interested in the role of the client, the skin is moisturizing. If I were a customer B2C and further information about the service that is the relief of itching.

We will be more effective in marketing, so that we understand what the markets need to make a decision.
